training today killed me. 6km to ECP and back. water training after that. swam till my calf cramped.


bumped into mrs toh and ms kwan on the way to bedok swimming complex. both thanked me for the thank you letter i've written for them. haha, mrs toh actually said i'm such a sweetie. me a sweetie?! joke of the century. i'm glad i've thanked my tutors. dont know if i'll ever get a chance to.


rahhh. the new balance triathalon is less than 24 hours away. i just wanna stay home and sleep!!


right. think i'd better be off. my pillow, here i come!!
